Regulation 16 Consultation

Test Valley Borough Council is consulting on the proposed Amport Neighbourhood Development Plan, which has been formally submitted by Amport Parish Council.

The consultation starts on Friday 5 September and responses must be received no later than Noon on Monday 20 October 2025.

Please be aware that all representations will be publicly available and may also appear on the Test Valley Borough Council website. For further information on how we use your personal data please visit http://www.testvalley.gov.uk/gdpr

Where possible, please provide any comments using the Consultation Form. Completed forms can either be emailed to [email protected] or sent by post to:

Reference copies of the Amport Neighbourhood Development Plan and supporting documents, along with paper copies of the representation form are also available at the following locations during their normal opening hours:

Following this consultation the comments received will be passed to an independent examiner, to be appointed by the Council, who will consider the representations and recommend whether the Neighbourhood Plan should be put to a community referendum.

Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation: Now Open!

We are pleased to announce that the Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation for the Amport Neighbourhood Plan has commenced. The consultation will run from Wednesday, 4th December 2024 at 2:00 PM until Wednesday, 15th January 2025 at 2:00 PM.

This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the draft plan before it is submitted for formal review. We welcome comments from all residents and stakeholders to help shape the final version of the plan. Your feedback will be sent to Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) and any personal information provided will not be disclosed and treated in confidence, in line with General Data Protection Regulations.
